Quality Inn Siloam Springs West

Good clean room for the price and convenient location.

I am writing this review because I was impressed by this location. My room had recently been renovated. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean--and I am a "clean freak." Also, the front desk staff was very kind. The location is great, as it is close to some stores and restaurants. I would stay again.

I love this place. I've stayed here many times. Staff is very nice and professional. Rooms are very clean and they've done a lot of painting and remodeling. The pool is very well kept. I will always stay here when I'm in the area. There's a Mexican restaurant right next door that is absolutely awesome!

We had a very comfortable stay. The lady at check-in was kind and helpful. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was ok. The location was very good for us. We would stay there again.

Our room was really nice. We stayed in the top corner in the back. It was huge. It had an entrance from the front and another entrance from the back. But there was no elevator. The doors opened from the outside which is nice I thought. You are right by the highway, so it is a little loud from the traffic but convenientto get on the highway. The guests were quiet. The service was good too. We had a late noon check out which was good for us because we didn't get to bed until 3:45 am. So thanks so much for that Quality. Our room had an onsuite with a sink and a fridge lots of cabinets and a giant window. We had a couch and a t.v. in there as well, But I couldn't find the remote. There was also a t.v. in the bedroom, a chair another windows dresser two table lamps on side tables by the bed. And then there was a sink lots of counter top space and a jetted tub which is broken. Also be careful with the towel bar. Ours was broken, and the jets didn't work in the tub. They were a also broken. Big bummer! There are little bar soaps and shampoo and conditioner on the wall. There is lotion by the hair dryer on the wall, am ironing board and an iron as well. The floors are vinyl Grey. Over all an affordable room, worth a few broken things. I say, come on down and check it out. It's not terrible. The price is fair as well.

The rooms could use better maintenance, but overall it's decent. Not as large area in the rooms as the other hotel we stayed at. But the staff were very friendly. The location is convenient to much of Siloam and not in the busiest/most traffic areas. It was quiet, and the windows blocked out exterior lighting. Overall, they're good for the price!

It was very nice. The room was clean but musty smelling~~ also their breakfast ends very early. But they were very friendly and nice.

So this was one of those "I can't drive another mile" hotel stays. I just needed a clean, quiet place to sleep. Well I was actually very impressed. It was very clean. Rooms had been updated and spacious. Staff was nice and accommodating. Coffee in the room plus free breakfast. Small refrigerator and a microwave. It's not fancy but I'm starting to enjoy a great, basic, clean, affordable hotel over fancy fluff. I have had far less enjoyable stays at what is supposed to be a 5 star resort. Kudos to hotel management. You provided exactly what I needed.
